Shipping and Returns Policy

SHIPPING COSTS:

All orders placed on our website include a flat shipping fee of €4.90.
For orders over €49, shipping is free.

Shipping costs are automatically updated during checkout once you enter your personal information.

All our orders include a tracking number provided by La Poste Colissimo / ColiColi / Colis Privé.


ORDER TRACKING:

Depending on the logistics company handling your shipment, you can track your order using the following links by entering your tracking number:


PROCESSING TIME:

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days along with a tracking number.

Customized items may take 3 to 5 business days to be prepared.

Tracking information is usually updated within 5–7 days.


DELIVERY TIME:

The usual delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after your order has been processed, within France and Europe. However, you may receive your items sooner.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance, postal delays, or public holidays.


MISSING ITEM:

If your order or part of your order has not been delivered, please allow an additional 24–48 hours beyond the expected delivery time.

Our team will respond within 24 hours.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

We take pride in processing orders quickly.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@corvexi.com as soon as possible.

Since most in-stock items are shipped within this time frame, you must contact us quickly so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.


ADDRESS ERROR:

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. Please contact us as soon as possible if any changes are needed. Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been processed.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information, refused shipments, or undeliverable orders due to incomplete or inaccessible addresses.

If a package is returned to us, we will offer either a refund minus shipping fees or reshipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for a refund or reshipment until the returned package has been received by the sender.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

At corvexi, we make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions are as detailed and accurate as possible so you know exactly what you are ordering.


RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns for any reason — whether you are dissatisfied or simply changed your mind.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your items.

To initiate a return, simply complete the return form, sign it, and send it along with your package to the return address that will be provided by email.
